What this site collects, and what it never will.
What we collect
Only what you type into the pilot form: your name and practice, your email, your role, how many clinicians work at your site, how you write notes today, and anything you add in the last box.
Where it goes
The form is handled by Formspree. Formspree keeps a copy in its dashboard and sends one to Vishnu's email inbox. Nobody else receives it.
What we never collect
Patient information. Please do not put any in the form. This site has no cookies, no analytics, and no trackers.
How long we keep it
Until the pilot program ends. Then both copies are deleted. Ask sooner and they are deleted sooner.
